End-User License Agreement (EULA)


1. Acceptance of Agreement


This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "You") and Thunderstorm Gaming Company PTY LTD ("Licensor," "we," or "us") governing your use of the mobile application NEW HOME. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.


2. License Grant


a. License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS and Android devices.


b. Restrictions: You may not:


  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application.
  • Use the Application for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes.
  • Share or sublicense your license to the Application.

    a. The Application, including but not limited to its content, design, code, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Licensor and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


    b. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Application and agree not to remove or alter any proprietary notices displayed within the Application.


    4. Privacy and Data Collection


    Your use of the Application may involve the collection and processing of personal information. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in the Privacy Policy.


    5. Updates and Changes


    Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Application. You agree to install and use these updates to ensure the proper functioning and security of the Application.


    6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability


    a. The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," and Licensor makes no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, reliability, or availability.


    b. Licensor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Application or any information contained therein.


    7. Termination


    a. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling and ceasing to use the Application.


    b. Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your devices.


    8. Governing Law


    This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
